Because I've noticed that when my xbox one or ps4 start an update or when I'm downloading a movie the other laptops at home (me, my father, my brother etc ...) start having trouble browsing the internet (even if it's juste checking our email ... it's really slow). (because I have a distance of 30 meters + several walls) so not all the devices in the house can connect to the duma. I would connect all devices to the Netduma or you will create local network congestion that will make you lag. But it's ok it seems that by putting both at 70 % the devices on the netduma are working and on the other one too.(other familly members can check their email, ebay etc ...)
