ok.... so, i have reached out in every capacity and am having absolutely no luck at all. The customer service is horrific at best, i paid $250.00 and the best i can get is forums.... NOT ACCEPTABLE! I regret purchasing the router simply because getting help or assistance is next to impossible and requires SO much work on my end. My issues ARE... Slow internet speeds, i get 110 down and 35 up, which i could easily get with nighthawk, now i get 25 down and 11 up. I've adjusted siders and disabled all the settings that you have to disable. They said come here and it will fix it.... so, I'm here

Hi Justin,

 

People who come on here sometimes have the preconception that this is a 'regular' forum where they might not get proper help. It isn't like that here. Everyone gets helped and then others in the future who have the same problem can read the questions and answers of people who have had the same problem as them :) Can you follow this guide and report back with if it works.

 

I've also moved this to the support section of the forum.

We said we don't do support on Twitter which is true, solving issues like this is hard when you're limited in characters. We asked you to go to the forum as this is where we do support.

sorry to hear your having issues with your speeds.If you follow Crossy's link I'm sure we'll get it sorted out for you.And like Fraser said let us know how it works out for you.

 

But you're way off the mark with your "customer service is horrific at best" comment.How many big companies have the actual owners / inventors / programmers of the product answering your questions on a forum ? The duma's customer service is second to none,stick around and check out the forums and you'll see what I mean.

 

And "getting help or assistance is next to impossible and requires SO much work on my end"... really ? If coming on to a forum and posting a question or reading some posts is so much work,then sounds to me like your kind of lazy.

 

And there's a reason why they don't do customer service on Twitter.Follow the wiki,Crossy's link's,ask some questions and check out the forums.There are a ton of really smart people here all willing to go above and beyond to help resolve any issue's customers are having with the duma.

 

So welcome to the forums and check out some of the information here.lots of interesting stuff to read.
