mdkallstar1
Purchased a new modem so I configured it as it was a modem/wireless router combo.I disabled router functions and attempted to configure the R1. I hadn't used the R1 for a while due to some renovations being done at my home. When I accessed router's page there were no animation no geo filter, network monitor, prioritisation.I attempted to turn on WiFi signal but after configuring the setting it just goes back to disabled never saving my settings. I tried to update firmware but get an error message firmware not signed.Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
shadow rckts
Did you try manually updating? Also, I'm pretty sure they recommend using chrome if you have it (if you aren't already). I'm pretty sure settings are saved if you have cookies enabled in the Misc settings, also rebooting the router saves quickly (once you have cookies enabled). fuzzy clam
Make sure your running chrome and make sure if your using your other router it's in AP mode to avoid interference with the duma.
Netduma Staff Netduma Crossy Posted October 19, 2015 Netduma Staff Share Posted October 19, 2015 Also maybe try doing a reboot and re-downloading the latest update if it still won't work
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted October 19, 2015 Administrators Share Posted October 19, 2015 On the wifi page are you making sure to hit apply after you have made changes? Once you've done that follow http://wiki.netduma.com/doku.php?id=manual_updateto get updated, you shouldn't have an issue if you follow these instructions. After that see if you can see things on the interface
mdkallstar1
I'm using Chrome, cookies are enabled. I've tried to manually update and fail with the message, Firmware has invalid signature, please upload a valid Netduma firmware.

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted October 20, 2015 Administrators Share Posted October 20, 2015 Does it come up with invalid signature even after a re download of the firmware? Both preserve settings & check version ticked?
