Any suggestions for jitter control until the november update hits??

I combat local congestion that gives jitter by entering my speeds into set bandwidth in the congestion control and setting the sliders to 70% each way.

Same here, this is pretty much what we recommend, though it all depends on the person, some find other values work better for them, I'm sure you'll find one that works perfectly for you :)

is there a way to test jitter??

Command prompt , Netduma network diags , pingplotter to name a few talbyfish.

Nice test I like that you can see what you ping to all around the world.

 

I used to use dsl reports years ago, thanks for reminding me about them :)

16ms to London from Cumbria 0.6 jitter when the lads streaming and I have the CC on 70% 1.5ms jitter

2ms to london from newcastle. pinging 15ms to aw server and it plays absolute wank. First try for weeks tonight and i wish i never

I do not put myself though the pain, makes my life more bearable lol
