MrPapacherry
Last night I put my r1 into DMZ. Now when I go to Device Manager in the r1 I no longer have the option to access my main hub. It just gives a WAN IP. what gives?
Netduma Staff Netduma Crossy Posted September 8, 2015 Netduma Staff Share Posted September 8, 2015 You should still be able to access your other hubs dashboard using the IP that you used before the Netduma
MrPapacherry
I guess I was more wondering why it just disappeared all the sudden. Is that because I put it in DMZ? If I take it out of DMZ would it reappear? Sometimes I play with things I probably shouldn't

For me putting in DMZ never removed the box
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 9, 2015 Administrators Share Posted September 9, 2015 That is quite strange, the only reason you shouldn't have the box is if you're connected to a modem
MrPapacherry
I have at&t u-verse. My wife decided to unplug the duma from the main hub.She swapped it for the TV but the box hadn't been used in so long she had to call and get it rebooted. When I plugged the duma back in, my xbox had strict NAT. That's when I put the R1 in DM . My NAT opened but that whole (connect to another router) vanished. I just don't want there to be any issues down the road. Any idea on how to get it back up?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 9, 2015 Administrators Share Posted September 9, 2015 Okay well honestly I wouldn't worry about it, if everything is working just fine then thats all that matters It was only there as like a notification, not an indication of issues etc

MrPapacherry
http://imgur.com/mYSpbmj http://imgur.com/xG8gRV2 I can't even tell where this game is. Does the Geo-filter not work in Internet Explorer or something? Either way in Google Chrome everything seems to work except I can't ping the dedicated servers its only allow me to peer ping. I followed the link but still no avail. Anybody know what's going on here?
Dillinger
Hi Papa - There is a known bug with Internet Explorer, so Net Duma recommends Chrome or Firefox. When you say you can't ping the dedicated server, what happens when you try?

MrPapacherry
http://imgur.com/zsF9MjN Okay guys, I don't think I could possibly turn off anything else other than my computer itself. I am a bit of a retard when it comes to these things so I could be wrong. I followed both links and restarted everything but I still get the same thing. I hadn't played any multiplayer when I started this thread. somehow I think it might be related. Since I haven't had this problem before. I haven't mentioned it in awhile but my wifi has forever been going from connected to limited to just shutting off and then coming back on.
