Dynamite84 Posted August 15, 2015 Posted August 15, 2015 Trying to upgrade from 1.03.3 to .4.....not going so well keeps saying upgrade failed exit code 2. Any thoughts.

Had to send my previous router back for that. The method you listed not gonna work.

PharmDawgg Posted August 16, 2015 Posted August 16, 2015 What happens when you click on Settings> Miscellaneous > Factory Reset? Does it do the same thing that you showed in the video? Try the Factory Reset one more time for me if you don't mind. Now there is a Reboot button next to it -- do not click that one. And there is a reset button in the rear of the router -- do not every use that unless one of the administrator instruct you to.
