PharmDawgg Posted August 16, 2015 Share Posted August 16, 2015 What happens when you click on Settings> Miscellaneous > Factory Reset? Does it do the same thing that you showed in the video? Try the Factory Reset one more time for me if you don't mind. Now there is a Reboot button next to it -- do not click that one. And there is a reset button in the rear of the router -- do not every use that unless one of the administrator instruct you to. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
