In that PPoE section, replace '@btinernet.com' with '[email protected]'. I'm not sure if 'username' needs to be replaced with an actual username or something but try it and see if it works

 

You can leave the password field empty.

Not the plus net but it should have similar settings. The plus net probably has an advanced mode where you can put in some strings needed.
