Gagura111 Posted August 10, 2015 Posted August 10, 2015 Its been two days now since my Geo-Filter isnt working all settings are right i have tried everything that ive found on Netruma Wiki page and nothing helps .. i hope one of you has had this issue and can help me .
Dillinger Posted August 10, 2015 Posted August 10, 2015 Is it enabled for the system you are using? Can you take the same screen shot with the top portion clear and displayed? Thanks, JD
Gagura111 Posted August 10, 2015 Author Posted August 10, 2015 i also forgot to mention that im a newbie...so it turns out ive had my console duplicated on The R1 and i just needed to delete the false one -.-
DARK BAWGS Posted August 10, 2015 Posted August 10, 2015 Is it enabled for the system you are using? Can you take the same screen shot with the top portion clear and displayed? Thanks, JD Yes I believe it is - but here is the screenshot: DB
Dillinger Posted August 10, 2015 Posted August 10, 2015 Dark Bawgs - are you having trouble too? Yours appears to be on and you have XB with Ping Assist indicated, so yours should be working, assuming all other connections are working and you can get a game
SlobbyMcknobby Posted August 10, 2015 Posted August 10, 2015 I just updated to version 1.03.4 and it seems to be working again
Gagura111 Posted August 10, 2015 Author Posted August 10, 2015 So when you go on the device manager look if you have your device duplicated and delete the false one it worked for me
fuzzy clam Posted August 11, 2015 Posted August 11, 2015 My GF has stopped working on occasion all it took was a reboot on the miscellaneous page,NOT A FACTORY RESET,just a reboot and it was back to normal,
lukasz Posted August 11, 2015 Posted August 11, 2015 Yes I believe it is - but here is the screenshot: DB I notice that you are not on the newes firmware so please update usinghttp://wiki.netduma.com/doku.php?id=manual_update
Netduma Staff Netduma Crossy Posted August 11, 2015 Netduma Staff Posted August 11, 2015 Yes I believe it is - but here is the screenshot: DB Can you go to the device manager and make sure there aren't two Xboxs in there? If you've recently changed from using Wireless to wired then you'll need to re-add the Xbox. Even if you haven't changed can you re-add the Xbox and see if that works. If it doesn't make sure you are using Chrome and try rebooting the Netduma. I'll add the solutions from this thread to the Wiki later today
Netduma Staff Netduma Crossy Posted August 11, 2015 Netduma Staff Posted August 11, 2015 The solutions from this thread are now on the Wiki here. If I've missed any or made silly typos please tell me and I'll add them/correct them
