Netduma Staff Netduma Crossy Posted August 6, 2015 Netduma Staff Posted August 6, 2015 If you've done a factory reset then it will now be 'netdumar1'. Otherwise you can change the password in Settings >> Wifi and then use that to connect with your new laptop
mike Posted August 6, 2015 Author Posted August 6, 2015 nope not done a reset and netdumar1 doesnt work either . when we set it all up i think the boss man was near a nervous break down as we had to dig into windows on my desktop to alter loads of setting in windows etc lol

If you can, just change the password in Settings >> Wifi
Zennon Posted August 6, 2015 Posted August 6, 2015 Use an Ethernet to get to the duma dash then change the settings.
Zennon Posted August 6, 2015 Posted August 6, 2015 Can you see the duma on the wifi device you are using in the list of available routers? And now you have changed setting's you will need to re input the password that you have changed in to all devices.
Netduma Staff Netduma Crossy Posted August 6, 2015 Netduma Staff Posted August 6, 2015 done that now nothing will connect via wifi Make sure that the Wifi password is 8 characters or more. Also make sure the wireless frequency is 2.4Ghz. Once you've changed the password, you will need to reconnect the devices to the Netduma with the new password
