iAmMoDBoX Posted January 23, 2015 Posted January 23, 2015 May I make a suggestion if it's a hosting issue, I've had 0 problems with HawkHost.com I am in no way affiliated with them besides being a loyal customer. They kinda have the same story as you guys, small company and grew from their. I still get the CEO contacting me in support tickets. I have a reseller account with them for the past 2 years with 0 down time except 15 minutes for a server upgrade.

Guest Netduma Luke Posted January 23, 2015 Posted January 23, 2015 Should all be back up and running now. Takes a while to propagate around the world so if it's not quite working yet, don't worry, it should be very soon. Try hard refreshing the home page too (ctrl + F5 on most computers).

Is this a known issue right now? no you should be able to reach the router, if you can't hit http://192.168.88.1make sure you are on the right router (plugged into the right router). then if you still can't follow this tutorial http://forum.netduma.com/topic/542-solution-cant-get-to-netduma-dashboard-netduma-bricked/
