Hi Netduma Support,

I’m experiencing an issue with my Netduma R3 where the Ethernet ports stop working after about 1–2 days of uptime.

Here is what happens:

  • The router works normally at first

  • After 1–2 days, all devices connected via Ethernet lose internet access

  • WiFi continues to work without any issues

  • A reboot temporarily fixes the problem, but it comes back again after some time

I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Updated to the latest firmware version

  • Performed a full factory reset (without restoring any backup)

  • Set up the router from scratch

  • Tested multiple Ethernet ports

  • Tested different Ethernet cables and devices

  • Disabled IPv6

  • Increased the DHCP lease time to 10000

The issue still persists consistently.

From what I can tell, it seems like either a DHCP issue or a software-related problem, since a reboot always restores functionality temporarily.

Could you please advise on what might be causing this and if there is a fix or known issue?
