Hi Netduma Support,
Iām experiencing an issue with my Netduma R3 where the Ethernet ports stop working after about 1ā2 days of uptime.
Here is what happens:
The router works normally at first
After 1ā2 days, all devices connected via Ethernet lose internet access
WiFi continues to work without any issues
A reboot temporarily fixes the problem, but it comes back again after some time
I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps:
Updated to the latest firmware version
Performed a full factory reset (without restoring any backup)
Set up the router from scratch
Tested multiple Ethernet ports
Tested different Ethernet cables and devices
Disabled IPv6
Increased the DHCP lease time to 10000
The issue still persists consistently.
From what I can tell, it seems like either a DHCP issue or a software-related problem, since a reboot always restores functionality temporarily.
Could you please advise on what might be causing this and if there is a fix or known issue?
