Krush Posted Wednesday at 05:33 PM Posted Wednesday at 05:33 PM Salut et bienvenue ! Pour connecter en direct ton ONT au R3, il te faut des informations de connections à fournir au WAN du R3 : PPPoE ou VLANID ou les 2, clonage de MAC, Option DHCP ! Quel est ton FAI ? Quel Pays ? @Yoda Tu as la même ligne il me semble ?
Pannic Posted Wednesday at 05:39 PM Author Posted Wednesday at 05:39 PM United Kingdom the service is called uswitch city fibre Krush 1
Krush Posted Wednesday at 05:48 PM Posted Wednesday at 05:48 PM Je pense qu'il te suffit de rentrer tes identifiants PPPoE au niveau du WAN du R3 !
Pannic Posted Wednesday at 05:52 PM Author Posted Wednesday at 05:52 PM PPPoE from my internet service? Krush 1
Yoda Posted Wednesday at 06:33 PM Posted Wednesday at 06:33 PM Hi, Normally on a City Fibre connection you would need the username and password plus the VLANID. (At least that’s been the case on the last three City Fibre connections I’ve had.) VLANID could be 911. Your ISP should be able to give you the details for all of the above credentials. As @Krush shows above, if you’re already in the main Duma OS console. Then go to Settings > WAN, then select PPPoE, then pop in your details. *The VLANID is under the advance section of the WAN settings (on some firmware). Please note, it may take a few minutes for the City Fibre connection to establish once you fill in the details and save. You may need to reboot the router if you see no connection after say 10 minutes. Hope that helps. Krush 1
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted 22 hours ago Administrators Posted 22 hours ago Good information above, also if you haven't already you will need to go through/complete the Setup Wizard before you can get internet even if you don't need to enter those details
