PlayStation servers not showing

I just got the r3 yesterday and the servers are not showing on the geo map nor the heat map. I have removed it and put it back I’ve checked the device manager and everything but nothing seems to work. Am I missing a step ?

What web browser/device are you using? Have you updated it to the latest public version .540?

I am on brave it was working last night but not today and im on .540. i am using the ps5
