Mohamed87 Posted 19 hours ago Posted 19 hours ago I’m using Vodafone Fiber, and the ISP ONT requires VLAN 10. However, when I configure VLAN 10 on my R3, the internet disconnects completely. If I leave the VLAN field empty, the internet connects, but it randomly disconnects from time to time.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted 18 hours ago Administrators Posted 18 hours ago You're saying the ONT requires VLAN 10, does that mean the ONT is actually set to use 10 for VLAN? If so then you do not need to input this into the R3 as well. How often are you disconnecting? When it happens again please grab the logs from Settings prior to rebooting and we can take a look. Mohamed87 Posted 15 hours ago Author Posted 15 hours ago Before I created the new Router WAN profile, the internet used to disconnect around 4–5 times per day. After setting up the new profile, it now only disconnects 1–2 times a day. When it happens again, I’ll send you the logs before rebooting the router.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted 14 hours ago Administrators Posted 14 hours ago You should delete the first profile and for the second then apply it to LAN1 as well and see if that fixes it. Mohamed87 1
Mohamed87 Posted 8 hours ago Author Posted 8 hours ago the first profile is The first profile is actually the bridge one. Previously, I had deleted the router and VoIP profiles, and the WAN was disconnecting about 4–5 times a day. After I restored those profiles and disabled the WAN on the router profile, it now disconnects only 1–2 times a day.
