I’m experiencing another issue where matching is not working properly. Occasionally, it does match, but most of the time, it seems to fail. When I checked the geofilter settings, I had set the geofence to the U.S. West Coast region, but it says it matched with a server in Oklahoma, which is outside the geofence, and the matching still doesn’t work. Could you please suggest any solutions for this? One notable detail is that when matching works, it shows a server within the U.S. West Coast region set by the geofilter, but when it doesn’t work, it always indicates a connection to an Oklahoma city server.

It does have an in-built update system so if it's not showing an update as being available you should be on the latest public firmware .540 but I've added you to Early Access so you can try the firmware there if you'd like

I have the same issue with the Oklahoma server in BF6! I selected Sydney server and it's not connecting me to it! The Oklahoma server keeps coming up and nothing happens when I search! I have tried removing and re adding and it's not working! When I selected the Middle East server it was working, but can't get the Sydney server to work. I believe it was the same problem in the BF6 beta and Netduma still hasn't fixed the issue.

The Sydney server is also missing on the ping heat map, even though there is 100% a server there as I know Australian players with 3 ping.

We're working on some cloud updates currently specifically for BF6 so this will be improved upon and should be more accurate overall. It will resolve the annoying Oklahoma issue also. Once done they'll be pushed to your router automatically, you don't have to do anything

And also to solve the fake publication (Ping Heathmap)of servers in Europe. There are two servers for the game - London and Frankfurt and that's the end of the story.
