R3 antenna

Is there a way to get new antennas or the entire r3 has to be replaced,  2 are broken wifi still works but range is suffering

We can send new antennae if necessary, however, it is likely it's just that it's come apart instead of breaking, check the video to see if that applies + how to fix. If that's not it please provide a picture of how they're broken please

The ethernet cables? No we don't, they aren't specific to the router, you can pick them up very cheaply

Those are ridiculously large in a I'm scared it will start scurrying across the room kind of way

you can use antennas off of most any old routers if you have some laying around. The ones to my old XR450 will fit on the R3.
