Hi All,

Just moved house and have Sky Fibre router recently installed  ,  I have connected the R3 to the router in the correct way . However the R3 is showing as offline ( disconnected ) although all the lights are on .   Wan is showing a 254 IP number next to the disconnected message .   I have not even got to the point yet where I need to add the IP to the DMZ in the sky router .

All cables are working fine I have checked by connecting the Xbox directly to the Sky Router so no issues there

Any suggestions ?   should I look to factory reset the R3 and start again ?

Any Help would be appreciated , really want this fixed for the weekend

As you have described Xbox works from the lan cable out of hub max. Are you connecting that cable to the WAN of r3?

you could reset it as its now connected to different upstream router and may cause conflicts.

Okay so I tried everything above and nothing worked I simply had no WAN connection for the last two days . I have found solution from various posts on duma forums but more on

the SKY Forums .  You may want to file this Fraser as no doubt others will or have had the same issue . Solution as below in WAN Settings

Been up and running now for 3 hours with the R3 connected directly to the Openreach ONT .... all devices connected to the R3
