Having some weird packet loss issues that started a month after getting an R3

Hello, I've recently started to get a whole bunch of packet loss issues a month after getting an R3. I've tried calling up my isp and its not on their end. I've factory reset the R3 and it still persists. I've noticed that sometimes it fixes itself for the rest of the night, but then the very next day its back to what it was. I recently got an Ethernet Cat6 to see if it was because it was wireless and the issue persists. im getting around 1-5% packet loss which oddly enough is mainly occurring on downloading packets and very very rarely on uploading them. I've also tried multiple devices and they all have packet loss on any game I play. I am nearly at my wits end with this issue.

one other thing, Ive noticed that my speeds sometimes drop as well. Any help is appreciated. After restarting once more the packet loss has shot up to 20%. I've noticed recently that as time goes on to about around 10PM EST or late at night the problem stops happening despite the same amount of devices connected and the same activities being carried out

What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode

Are ALL devices connected to the R3?

What are the speeds you pay for/receive?

Have you entered those speeds into the router?

How have you setup Congestion Control?

How have you setup SmartBOOST?

What games are you playing?

What platform are you playing on?

How have you setup the Geo-Filter?

My r3 started doing this also constant packet loss. If your lucky and still in warranty I'd suggest RMA. If not like me it basically becomes an expensive paperweight as packet loss makes it not useable

Make a new topic with the answers to these questions and we can go from there

Packet loss is mainly related to the game server, especially behind a router /etc. that manages QoS locally. There may be other reasons... but they are mainly attributed to misconfiguration/misunderstanding... For example, changing the MTU. Not to mention third-party software... which is doing the opposite! One thing that intrigues me is the fact that this happens at certain times! Do you experience the same thing directly from your gaming device behind your ISP router?

All devices are connected to the R3 its about 4  at once, I pay for 1gig down and 35mb-up and yes they are in the router. I have congestion control set to 80% for both. SmartBoost is on. Im playing Apex legends and R6 X on PC and NBA 2K on Xbox. I have Geo filter set up to cover the from Texas to NY, I'm in NY.

SmartBOOST is set how exactly? It's not an on/off scenario
