What platform are you playing on?

Have you added the games specifically or are you prioritizing gaming or have you prioritized the device? Does it prioritize with any of these methods?

I've been playing on xbox. Initially I only added the gaming category and nothing happened, so I added them individually and still got nothing at one point I went to the device manager and tried to update the cloud but the xbox wasn't showing in the device manager anymore and when I went back to the smart boost it couldn't be found there I restarted the router and I can confirm putting the xbox in smartboost under devices works
