App hasn’t work in months

The app opens and then instantly crashes for the last few months. Has anyone else had this issue? I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. Rebooted the device. This is on IOS.

Cool, clearly yours looks like it works pretty well. The second I click on it, it instantly crashes. 
 

I have the iPhone 15 pro max and am on IOS 18.5

I've not seen that before, I'll have to pass the crash log onto the team to see what is happening.

Are you on a preview/beta version of iOS at all?

Thanks! No, I'm not in any beta or preview versions of IOS. I always just thought the app was broken for everyone and i just had to be accessed through the browser. Thanks for looking into it.

Because I can't replicate this for the life of me, the crash log says it crashes on restoring app state and it started happening for you after an app update my first guess is there is some data left over for the old version of the app.

I assume you uninstalled and installed the app multiple times already (based on your video). Can you check there is no data stored for the app in your phone and on your iCloud after you uninstalled it?

hey Greg, yes I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. I also did try again deleting the app from iPhone storage and checked my iCloud backup but didn’t see it being backed up or any remnants of the app in there. Also deleted and rebooted the device as well and no joy

Hi, please try the latest app version (1.3.26) released today. We were able to fix some big incompatibility issues with iOS 26, so hopefully your problem is resolved, if you were still encountering it.

What iOS version are you currently on? Could you provide a video of what you're seeing? Also verify in settings it's on the correct app version

IOS 26.2.1

App Version is 1.3.26

Its appears to be the same thing as the video i provided earlier, but ill attach a fresh video to this post- just an instant crash after opening.

Could you uninstall the app, restart the phone, install the app - but don't open it, restart the phone then try again please?
