The DNS you set wouldn't change if the IP changes. The router isn't changing an IP, it will be the ISP modem/router renewing the IP of the router. Set this as static/reserved on the ISP modem/router and that should resolve it. Otherwise please provide more information about what appears to be happening

I have to connect to a DNS => this DNS is register online with my public IP when i log into the website.

My ISP modem/router is in bridge mode,  i can't change the IP to static.

In R3 i see i can put a static IP but i need to know the 2 DNS of my ISP.

What can i do ?

Take it out of bridge and put the R3 WAN IP in its DMZ instead, then set that IP as static/reserved on the ISP modem/router and see if it performs better then. Some modem/bridge modes are not the best and I find the DMZ then works better.

WAN IP of netduma didn't change, IP public did change, but i can't have an IP static from my ISP, i have to pay for this and it's only for companies not for usual people.

Modem/router of ISP => static ip on NETDUMA  + added to DMZ, i did before this happen again

Netduma => static IP for my PS5 it was already set.

Right okay so you're actually trying to use a VPN just by using the DNS? I'd say if it's happening every 30 minutes that's likely on the VPN side, nothing on the router happens like clock work that frequently. If you're going to use a VPN it would be best to use it with HybridVPN on the router.

You can just download the logs and provide them here.
