dionsaur_
Pulling configuration file from server is what it gets stuck on Error: Update failed. Unable to connect to server. Please check your network connection. (Error code: 10010) I can only bypass this error code if i connect my pc with a hotspot and then switch back to my router after getting to the main menu. Just curious if this a router issue or it's on their side. Never had to use a hotspot to log on into a game before it's rather annoying. Thought I'd post here haven't seen a topic on this yet Devs have not addressed a fix yet but, they are aware I guess.... It's been a week since the game released 😞
Killerelite06
What happens if you disable filtering on the Netduma router before opening FragPunk? If it works, then a required server is getting blocked and the Netduma team simply need to whitelist it dionsaur_
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 14 Administrators Share Posted March 14 I'm not sure if we've specifically tested the game or not yet but as above if you disable the Geo-Filter does it work? Then as mentioned it would be an easy fix dionsaur_

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 15 Administrators Share Posted March 15 I did ask the team and they did test the game and said it works with the Geo-Filter so it shouldn't be an issue enabled anyway. Could be a port issue, what is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode dionsaur_
dionsaur_
With my ISP I Don't have access to my modem... I have a fiber connection the ethernet comes straight from the wall.. Must be a ISP port issue then maybe? or IPV6? I don't think my ISP uses ipv6. not sure
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 16 Administrators Share Posted March 16 Okay that's fine, look up the ports for the game and make port forwarding rules for those ports, set a reserved IP for the PC in DHCP then restart the PC and try again please dionsaur_
dionsaur_
I have the ports fowarding they all say inactive...? I also have UPnP enabled does that need to be disabled? I've tried changing DNS servers... Still doesn't work this has to be an ISP blocking the connection or something. When I log in with my hotspot instant login....
Killerelite06
Try using a VPN on your router or PC (alternatively use Cloudflare WARP).
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 16 Administrators Share Posted March 16 If you connect your device directly to the connection from the wall and bypass the router do you get the same issue? dionsaur_
dionsaur_
Yup straight from the wall doesn't connect... So my ISP is blocking the connection right?? Or could it be the ipv4 DNS? I'm using 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1 cloud flare I believe... Update google DNS doesn't work for me either.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 17 Administrators Share Posted March 17 As in doesn't connect to the game or the internet? If the game then yes nothing to do with the router, it's something you'd need to contact them about. No the DNS wouldn't affect that
dionsaur_
It doesn't connect to the game 😞 . It connects to the internet. Thank you for all the help!
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 17 Administrators Share Posted March 17 No worries, if you do find out what the issue is I'd be interested to hear the cause! dionsaur_
