The early access version and the release version are the same.

To enable/disable Geo-latency: 

Log into the router interface

Click on the Geo-filter tab on the left 

Click on the 3 small dots top right 

Click on Settings 

*It should be the first option that pops up with a toggle to enable/disable it*
