If it is DPI then in theory disabling QoS fully from the Congestion Control menu  might help.

I already have qos disabled. I think it's a cloud problem in the server search as if it bans servers that it shouldn't ban.

I can't recall, is there an option to disable DPI where you disable QoS also? (Might be in a later version of 3.0)

If it is a cloud problem then it would require a firmware update to get it working on the newer cloud system

I'm running the later version 3.0.207 the option to disable DPI isn't available

Try making a Traffic Controller rule to allow ALL traffic through to the device and see if that helps at all

Oh okay interesting, someone else said disabling the Geo-Filter didn't work for them. It's odd you can't see anything on the map now, it is added with the console service correct? The device IP matches with the IP shown for the device you think it is on the Device Manager?

So with Geo filter ON, I can see servers on the geo map but cant find a game when searching, if the geo filter is turned off I can find games. Yes device IP matches with the IP on device manager. I will play with out Geo filter on for now.

If you put your radius to the entire world with it on can you get games then?

No it wouldn't find a lobby still, I tried ping assist method turned off strict option.

I see the servers on the map but still cant find a game, have tried everything I know to get this to work but no results.

It looks like there is a server blocked behind the allowed one in the EU, that might need allowing, if you zoom in fully are you able to click it to allow that one?

I downgraded from firmware v 3.0.207 to 1.03.6j, it worked found games it worked pretty well. Just the normal setup, I found games as normal played a couple of games no issues.

I then updated from v1.03.6j to v2.1.3.29, was still able to find games just fine. Then updated once more  from v2.1.3.29 to v3.0.207 firmware. The issue started again, couldn't find a game. Geo Filter show's servers locations but wouldn't find lobby unless I disable Geo filter.

Downgraded back to v2.1.3.29 works fine no issues, there seem to be a problem with v3.0.207 firmware.

That makes very little sense but must mean it is the cloud. If we can't update the cloud due to it needing a firmware upgrade to do so I'll see if we can at least revert whatever the last cloud update was.
