So in game my geo reads over a 100 ping but in game it says like 30 which would be normal for me on Chicago server? I lean towards my geo being correct and not the game. This is happening quite frequently lately. Any ideas why this is happening??

Another question why do some servers not ping? Is it because they just havent been located yet? Thanks!

Game servers don't respond to traditional pings so we try to be clever in order to get a successful ping but it doesn't always work. It will then try to fall back to the trace method which won't give you the correct ping in most cases but hopefully somewhere near it, however this can also fail. So when both fails it won't be able to provide a result. The high ping in this case is likely due to not being able to ping it correctly
