What is the best setup for eFootball on PlayStation in this version? How should I configure the DumaOS R3 when the modem is in bridge mode to ensure smooth gameplay?

There aren't best settings based on version, just experiment with what you would usually Congestion Control/SmartBOOST/Geo-Filter until you find what works best for you. If the modem is in bridge mode that's good, you shouldn't have any issues with NAT and ALL devices will be connected to the router.
