Refund Request

I have been àsking for for server locations for a month for nhl 2025 for an Ontario Canada player. I see other users have been asking the same thing for a year. This game should have been added a long time ago. Other EA titles have been added. I am fed up and would like a refund. I look forward to hearing from a manager

So for your one game title. You saying this? What about your other games that are far more popular? Work for them? Is this game P2P or does it have servers? I have no clue. I don't play EA Sports games.

 I was looking through your posts.. Have you tried the Geo to see what servers pop up?

 @Netduma Fraser has asked you a question on your last post you made that you havent answered.. You might be able to filter the game.. 

You have to understand that the game you are mentioning isnt that popular. Not saying its not a fun game but they do have a priority that they use to sort this out..

Also im not aware of many game servers in Canada.. So that might be hit and miss..

Im not sure this would qualify for a refund.. But that is something Netduma would have to decide..

Purchasing the router and then requesting a game to be added doesn't guarantee that it will happen and if it does get added then not necessarily in the timeframe you're wanting. As mentioned above it can still potentially work with the Geo-Filter which is the main thing to allow you to have a good connection, Ping Heatmap just lists servers essentially. Given we didn't advertise the router to have this feature for the game it's not really a refundable request. If you'd like to continue your old topic so we can see if it works with the Geo-Filter I'd be happy to do that. 

However, I don't know just from your topic when you purchased/when the router was delivered to you, if you received the product within the last 30 days then you're still able to return for any reason, in which case please email [email protected] and we can help you with that.

I used your link to update the firm ware yesterday. Now the router won't let me sign into it at all. i am beyond frustrated. The firm ware update should just work. Now what do I do? The router worked fine before the update

Right click the page, then go to Inspect (Element), on the window that appears click on the Network tab. Then click the checkbox to disable cache. Then click and hold the browser refresh button, and click Empty Cache and Hard Reload. Then see if it loads correctly please.
