Terpinator710
Well i just found something a bit interesting with Waveform buffer bloat test.. i could never get an A+ on waveform with my full internet speeds(been trying for months), but only if i lowered them down to 200mbps, id get an A+ .. i just found out that i can get an A+ with my full 900mbps speeds if i don't have the R3 settings page opened when I'm doing a waveform test.. for some weird reason, having the R3 settings page opened when doing the test seems to give you inaccurate results.. so those who've lowered their internet speeds just to get an A+ on waveform, try doing the test without the R3 settings page opened.. but first be sure to up your speeds to your what you pay for and then close the page and then perform your test.. I've got my Upload and Download Congestion control at 85% as well.. Below are pics from before(buffer bloat test with r3 settings page opened) and after(with R3 settings page closed)... Hope this is useful for others! let me know if this worked for you guys too.. Cheers!

It’s so weird that having the r3 settings page opened would affect the bufferbloat test lol. but definitely keep this in mind if others are having issues getting an A/A+ on their tests! 🤝 Netduma Fraser
thisisreallife
Why on earth would having the Netduma page open cause issues? Is there any logical reason why this is happening? Terpinator710

Presumably both being open is pulling a lot of the browser resources - I know for example that Chrome used to at least be super CPU intensive regardless of what you were doing

I’ve done a few tests to be sure and it’s 100% the cause of having the Netduma Page open. Very very strange lol
