Geo filter

I can't understand why, despite putting filters on the servers, it finds me matches outside of these filters 

can someone help me

This happens to me only when geo latency is turned on. Try turning it off and see if you still get out in servers outside your range.

From the default enabled options it's very likely Geo-Latency is the cause, let us know how you get on with it disabled.

perfect now it's fine by disabling geo latency even if it's written (recommended)

Where is the geo-latency setting? I get put in lobbies outside my designated area too.

Click the  top right on the Geo-Filter page then go to Settings and you'll see it there
