Unable to log into my R2

Hi iv had my r2 for nearly a year and despite multiple hard resets it will not allow me to join on my phone or xbox im using the dfault password on the back of the router but all i get is unable to join network any ideas

Hi! Just to be sure! During the initial setup, did you change the SSID and/or Wifi password?

Otherwise delete this network from your xbox/phone and try to connect again!

hi mate not changed a thing iv pressed the button on the back of the router to reset also deleted off phone and xbox and tried again with password on back of router still get unable to connect 🤮

Ok! and does it work in "wired" Ethernet?

As above, can you connect/access the interface using a wired device so you can manually change the WiFi password?
