http://192.168.1.1/ 404 not found, any fix to this?

i have internet connection (wifi and lan), and i tried with a diferent browser and it didnt work, and im afraid of doing a factory reset because if i do a factory reset and that does not fix the error, i woldnt be able to connect to internet again

Sometimes browser extensions or settings can interfere with loading. Test in another browser.

 i tried with 2 diferent browsers (google chrome and brave) and it didnt work  edit: i deleted the cache and it didnt work

Does routerlogin.net allow you to access? Otherwise does 10.0.0.1 work?

While connected to the router via a wired Windows PC, open command prompt, type ipconfig press enter and then post a screenshot of the results here please.

i did a factory reset and i can log in, but now it says that my device is disabled for 5 minutes

and after 5 minutes y type my serial number and it says this…

You don't need to type your serial number unless you've forgotten the username/password to enter but as you've just factory reset it and set the login credentials you can just put those in. You're either putting in the wrong credentials when prompted or cancelling the login which then prompts you for the serial or security questions.

i fixed it, i did another factory reset, and it’s working fine for now
