L2W
@jkp Clear Browser Cache: Clear your browser cache and refresh the page (Ctrl+F5 on Windows or Cmd+Shift+R on Mac). or Try Another Browser: Sometimes browser extensions or settings can interfere with loading. Test in another browser.

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted December 23, 2024 Administrators Share Posted December 23, 2024 You don't need to type your serial number unless you've forgotten the username/password to enter but as you've just factory reset it and set the login credentials you can just put those in. You're either putting in the wrong credentials when prompted or cancelling the login which then prompts you for the serial or security questions.
