Why is this still a thing??? man, been almost 2 years and still annoying issues. Yes, restarted my router and modem done factory resets etc and it fixes it but couple days later same issue...

It's been 1 year, what firmware version are you on currently?

yup..... i guess not even the new update is working correctly. man one of the worst purchases of 2023. tons of emails for support lots of updates but unfortunately still get disconnected from internet or runs very slow to where all my devices wont work correctly.  called Cox bunch of times and i am being told the service is fine. wish you guys would have taken this unit back and be done with it.

 

been over 10 minutes and still wont load up. here i got again, restart the router.... this cant be normal!

Did you factory reset after the update? There are lots of changes under the hood that would benefit from one and allow it to perform more smoothly
