I Would like a tutorial on how to use this application. Is there a step by step guide somewhere??

I noticed that I have some packet loss on my route to one of the game servers, would it be possible to bypass these points where there is loss??

There is a guide on how to add a rule but that's it. It's not a feature that should be used unless you know what you're doing and not for this purpose, it wouldn't work. To change routing you'd either need to talk to your ISP or use a service like WTFast for example that claims to optimize your route to gaming servers.
