R3 with R2 Firmware.

Is it possible to download OS3 on R3? 
since OS4 is full of bugs. I would like to use it with OS3 firmware

No that isn't possible, have you tried the recent early access version? What issues are you having exactly?

I'm not sure that would be a software issue, did it happen with the launch firmware? If you downgrade to the oldest version does it still happen? https://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000177578-r3-firmware
