They don't have DumaOS 4 and would like to try it, just because there hasn't been another update doesn't mean they shouldn't bother. I realise you're frustrated, however, it's important to note:

1. While being sold the R2 was advertised with DumaOS 3, not 4. 
2. DumaOS 4 was developed for & on the R3, not specifically for the R2. This means that changes can take longer than applying to the R3 for example.
3. We said the R2 would get DumaOS 4 - it has.
4. We're working on big features currently for DumaOS 4 which is why there haven't been many updates, this has been reflected in R3 updates also. We're hoping to get those features on the R2 as well.
