IFEDz_ Posted August 4 Share Posted August 4 I am writing to express my concern regarding my recent order placed on August 1st, 2024, with order number 47652 for a Netduma R3 router. Unfortunately, I have not received any order confirmation email. I have also previously sent an email regarding this issue, but I have not received a response, which is quite disappointing as I was expecting prompt communication from your support team. Furthermore, I paid extra for expedited shipping, expecting delivery within 1-2 working days. However, the order has not arrived within the promised timeframe, which adds to my frustration.
