Urgent: Missing Order Confirmation and Shipping Delay for Order #47652

I am writing to express my concern regarding my recent order placed on August 1st, 2024, with order number 47652 for a Netduma R3 router.

Unfortunately, I have not received any order confirmation email. I have also previously sent an email regarding this issue, but I have not received a response, which is quite disappointing as I was expecting prompt communication from your support team.

Furthermore, I paid extra for expedited shipping, expecting delivery within 1-2 working days. However, the order has not arrived within the promised timeframe, which adds to my frustration.

same  issue i ordered my R3 on the 17th of this month which was dispatched on 19th which is understandable it was supposed to be here friday and got a delay that it will be Monday i paid for 3-5 i already had 2 R2 brick for nothing.    its coming through ups they have planes it never left the uK since the 19th

Ive ordered all 3 netdumas from them since they have been around...its not netduma ...I can promise you that.,..I ordered my R3 at the beginning of this year and I'm in the states and it was on my porch in 3 business days. They will get it to you.

19th is the soonest we could have sent it due to the weekend, the Monday it states would be the 5th working day but I get your disappointment, we send it as soon as possible and then it's up to the courier to deliver it within the time frame and sometimes it is towards the end of that estimate.
