Limit Bandwidth help

hey guys, i got the R3 and im very to know all this but is there a way to limit the bandwidth for a device. i want only give so much to my smart tv

No not specifically, with SmartQoS it's all done automatically based on need/your priorities. So the best thing to do would be either to remove streaming from priorities or perhaps add devices that you want to prioritize over the TV instead.
