Hello Fraser , I performed the test with hub 5 in modem mode, without R3 and any activity as you said from the bbc.co.uk and google.com websites at the same time. I don't understand, one is stable, the other is not

Peering ISP !

Your ISP responds better to alternative DNS than to its own DNS! What exactly are your questions?

Peering ...

You seem to just be looking for trouble where there isn't any... just playing or surfing!

What you want the problem is either with R3 or with the ISP I have been playing COD for many years and I see that I play with many people from the competitive scene not killing bots with 0.80 kd on public vanguard matches

Given it's resolving to the same IP address in each picture and everything has stayed the same on your end this would indicate an issue with your routing/line. This could also be more to do with the time of the day with the first being late morning and second being early afternoon.

@Movement

  • Looking at it realistically your problem is jitter...you need to try to minimize it as much as possible.
  • When you use the R3 do you get same results using congestion control? Disable Speed Test Bypass

you think my line has a problem? what could be wrong because in that case then I will contact the ISP to sort this out

The fact it changes from test to test like that would indicate something outside your control, what it could be specifically I couldn't guess, send them the plots and they can see for themselves and investigate
