remedy Posted April 30 Share Posted April 30 Hi, I just received the router yesterday. I can't seem to get internet connection to router when connecting to modem with ethernet. I read that some people restarted the R3 and waited until its completely booted up to plug in internet so I tried that and I'm still getting the same issue. Was there anything unclear in the box/instructions that we can make clearer that you need to access to get internet? Perhaps we presume that because it's not a standard router and that you need to access it and change settings that you'll access it anyway and complete the wizard and will therefore get internet?
