Enesko95
Hello, everything works perfect with the router but one problem i tried but cannot fix is everytime booting up my ps5 it wont load my friends list or the ps store, just blank images. I did a network test and its nat type 2 so it should be open. Also happens when i turn off my geofilter.

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted April 22, 2024 Administrators Share Posted April 22, 2024 I can't see why that would have done it - if you re-enable it does it work?
Slamchez
I've discovered this issue as well on 4.0.219 firmware. Steps to reproduce: IPv6 enabled: Cold boot PS5 -> check store. If store is accessible at all some times are grabbed and displayed, others loaded via what looks like lazy loading are not displayed and library download and purchases do not work. IPv6 disabled: Power down PS5 -> disable IPv6 on LAN -> boot PS5 -> everything works as expected. Reenabled IPv6: Power down -> boot PS5 -> problem returns. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted June 2, 2024 Administrators Share Posted June 2, 2024 We do need to do more work on IPv6 but I'll make sure the team are aware of this specific issue.
Monsta
I believe it’s a port problem but is solved if you change your dns on your ps5. I used my default gateway as primary and 1.1.1.1 as secondary and it’s working. i hope it works for you too mate monsta
Monsta
No need to disable ipv6

Toxic Smoggie
Sorry to bring up an old thread, but I'm starting to have this issue now. IPv6 enabled, can't access PS Store, PS Plus, friends list, even movies I've bought on the PS Store. IPv6 Disabled in both LAN and WAN, Reboot the PS5, and can access all 4. I tired the MTU and setting my secondary dns to 1.1.1.1, but still has the issues with IPv6 on

E.g R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode
Toxic Smoggie
Hi The only thing the R3 is connected to for me to get internet is to an ONT Fibre Box, the R3 then goes to a Powerline adaptor, through to a 8 port switch to connect to the PS5 The PS5 isn't in the DMZ as that's reserved for the Xbox Series X
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted Sunday at 07:34 AM Administrators Share Posted Sunday at 07:34 AM Take the Xbox out of the DMZ and then check the access to PS store etc please
