I Keep Getting Put in Lobbies Outside my Fence and those lobbies have inconsistent Ping.

I'm getting pulled out of my fence into very laggy lobbies. Im fenced to Japan and Korea only as seen in the attached image, but im connecting to Cessnok Australia and my ping is very inconsistent in there (bounces between 130 to 210). 

Im not shadowbanned

Strict mode is on

Ive reset my fence with the game closed

Ive started denying these Cessnok servers but they still come.

I would suggest upgrading to this firmware: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/53938-new-r3-firmware-4041/

In addition: 

• Disable GeoLatency
• Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0)
• Enable Strict Mode
• Disable Fast Search

Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then.
