Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted April 11 Administrators Share Posted April 11 We are aware Ping Optimizer/Speed Test isn't 100% reliable at the moment and it's something the team are working on. Those features can still work, it just may not be every time. In the meantime best to adjust Congestion Control manually in Ping Optimizer > Advanced. Could you expand on the Geo-Filter issues? What firmware version are you on currently?
jame0174
I'm on version 4.0.23 sometimes no servers show up on the geo filter. Not sure if that's normal or not

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted April 12 Administrators Share Posted April 12 Factory reset can be done either via the interface or by holding the reset button in the back of the router for 30 seconds. Unplugging is just a reboot. The firmware is attached to the first post on that link, there is also an alternate download link at the bottom of that post. jame0174
