TurboS52
I have had to restart my R3 a few times because I cannot login to the router through the app or through web browser on PC. I also have it randomly lose internet connection. Thanks, Mike
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 9 Administrators Share Posted March 9 What happens exactly when you try to login but you're unable to? For the disconnects we believe we know what the issue is and it should be fixed in the next version. In the meantime, could you in DHCP settings, set the DHCP range to start at .50, then assign reserved IP addresses to devices between .2 & .49 so they're out of the DHCP range & apply. Also set the DHCP lease to 10000, apply, reboot from the interface, wait 4 minutes and see if that stops the disconnects.
TurboS52
I don't remember exactly what the error was but it would try to login to the router and give me an error. I forgot if it was on the pc or the phone app but one of them says to restart the router and retry. Every time I restart the router everything works. This has happened about 4 times in the last 2 months so not a lot but wanted to mention it. I will screenshot what it does next time it happens. Frederik
I have the same issue. I'll see the wifi showing up, but when connecting it'll say that there's no connection to the internet. Then trying to connect to dumaos will just load forever until I reboot the router manually
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 9 Administrators Share Posted March 9 Okay thank you, I think from what you said it's an issue that has been fixed for the next version so shouldn't happen again once that is available. 1 hour ago, Frederik said: I have the same issue. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 14 Administrators Share Posted March 14 Give the router a reboot then disable IPv6 in LAN/WAN and see if that helps. A fix will be in the next version.
