Got a link for support?..

Post your issue on the forum (just like you did for this post) and someone will be able to help you. Ensure to detail the issue along with what you have tried to resolve the issue as just asking for "help" wont achieve a quick resolution.

A mod has already advised what you need to do above. You havent provided ANY details of the issues you are having and what you have tried. How can they help when you haven't told them?

And I asked the mod for a link for the support.. come again.

thanks.

The link for support is https://forum.netduma.com/forum/148-netduma-r3-support/

You then need to create a post, just like all the other users on here with the issues and what you have tried. The Mods or other users will then assist.

Support is conducted via the forum not via PMs so you'll get much faster responses doing it this way. I can't see your screenshots, can you re-add them please?

How many posts does one need to post about issues they’re having daily.. I need a rma at this point.. please direct me on how to do so..

a router should not have bugs ever single day.. this is outrageous.. and this is coming from someone who is not stupid either..

How far did you look for returns before posting this? https://netduma.com/terms/

I mean doing what you've done now, creating a topic is the fastest way to get support. Do you have access to the R3? If so on the WAN page is it getting an IP address/does it say connected? Does the modem show it as a connected/attached device? In most scenarios if you reboot the modem, wait 2 minutes then reboot the R3, wait 4 minutes internet should be restored.

Doesn’t matter, if a tech can’t fit the issues themselves, then a RMA can be done..

Hence the reason why I asked for a tech over the DM I sent to the admin.. so maybe if the admin would check their dm, I’d get somewhere maybe..

just a damn thought.

New topic has been made..

No I can’t connect to the R3, can’t see the wans settings cause I can’t get in..

Ive factory reset it and it’s been sitting connected to the modem.. and nothing..
