DanologyUK Posted February 16, 2024 Posted February 16, 2024 On Xbox, check your NAT type in Settings - Network Settings (itll show on the right side of the screen). Im on .41 and when i have moderate NAT, it wont let me into the party chats but when open it allows me in, no problem. For me i just had to open port 3074 on the Netduma router or enable UPNP. Also make sure, on your BT Hub, that you put the Netduma in the DMZ so all traffic passes through from the BT Hub to the Netduma router unrestricted. djbazzelbean 1
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted February 16, 2024 Administrators Posted February 16, 2024 Is this with Geo-Latency on or off? With it on it should work just fine. With it off you would need to add your friends to your allow list, have you done this? djbazzelbean 1
djbazzelbean Posted February 16, 2024 Author Posted February 16, 2024 thank you kindly have fixed it by adding the port thank you so much but regarding ur other info as follows 1) Network is open Nat 2) have added them port into port forwarding 3) bt hub is set up as dmz and upnp is enabled like before no settings have been changed Adding the port fixed it thank you so much Netduma Fraser 1
