No access to the dashboard 192.168.1.1

Hi, i have a LAN connection to my computer (Internet ok) but I can't reach the settings dashboard (192.168.1.1).

I want to set up a Geo-Filter etc. what can i do to get access? 

I have no VPN installed.

This is while connected to the R2? If so you'll need to do a factory reset, hold the reset button for 30 seconds, then wait 4 minutes before accessing the interface and see if you can access
