Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted February 10 Administrators Share Posted February 10 Have you followed all the steps you did previously? Did you factory reset after the update?
Westy147
Everything was still the same and no I haven't
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted February 10 Administrators Share Posted February 10 Do a factory reset when you have time as it'll be a significant change from previous versions then follow the same steps. It's possible that the IP of the router has changed so if you set it in the DMZ on your modem it may not apply until you update the IP there. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted February 15 Administrators Share Posted February 15 Okay but not prior? Could you check the IP on the R3 and the IP in the DMZ on the ISP router? If this is happening once or twice a week if could be the ISP router renewing IPs and therefore giving the R3 a different IP

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted February 15 Administrators Share Posted February 15 Set a reserved IP for it in Settings > DHCP and that'll prevent the PC doing that again

Once I restart my PC, it almost always goes back to open NAT.

Mine is set to static/reserved IP and I find the upnp trigger kinda flaky. But a reboot of my PC usually solves it. I don't find the need to reboot the router. Hope this helps. It always shows OPEN. So I know it is something to do with UPNP Trigger not working as intended consistently. I hope this can be fixed.
