Still waiting for the update that fixes it but not happened yet..... We are aware Ping Optimizer/Speed Test isn't 100% reliable at the moment and it's something the team are working on. Those features can still work, it just may not be every time. In the meantime best to adjust Congestion Control manually in Ping Optimizer > Advanced. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode
JRM2011
My r2 (on early access firmware) and r3 speedtest do not work. 2 different isp's. Both modems in ip passthrough. Ping test only works sometimes.
Spdsk8race
Make sure you have speedboost turned on if you're trying to use ping optimize or speed test.
JRM2011
Smartboost? Yeah, it's enabled and it just says "Starting speed test" and spins

It uses measurementlabs, if the main server is down and the backups are down it won't work
