Speed test & Ping optimiser

We are aware Ping Optimizer/Speed Test isn't 100% reliable at the moment and it's something the team are working on. Those features can still work, it just may not be every time. In the meantime best to adjust Congestion Control manually in Ping Optimizer > Advanced.

What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode

My r2 (on early access firmware) and r3 speedtest do not work. 2 different isp's. Both modems in ip passthrough. Ping test only works sometimes.

What server does it use for speed testing? Mine doesn't work either; AT&T Fiber router in IP Passthrough mode.

It uses measurementlabs, if the main server is down and the backups are down it won't work

i have a netgear cm1200 my connection is cable coax to modem then netduma connected to it and everything connected to the netduma ive not dmz'd anything

Do you get an error when trying to run the test at all?

yeah with speedtest says starting speed test but does nothing then gives 2 lines as my speeds. and on ping optimizer it says starting and does nothing then give same error both in attachments

yeah these below both will say starting test but nothing happens no graph or anything then these errors pop up

Have you factory reset since upgrading to this one? I would recommend it as there has been a lot of changes

Thank you, I will pass that onto the team and see if there is anything helpful there. In the meantime change Congestion Control manually in Ping Optimizer > Advanced.
